Hadejia is a town at the eastern part of Dutse the capital of Jigawa State and its 164Km from the state capital (Dutse).
It is one of the twenty Seven (27) Local Governments of the State, and eldest emirate among the five emirates in the state.
There was State enrolled Nursing Institution there for over thirty years.
However, following the establishment of the first State Nursing School at B/Kudu that program was stopped until the establishment of the present College of Nursing Hadejia by the Executive Governor of the state His Excellency Alh.
